Take down ice fishing tent that won’t collapse properly

I've had a lot of problems trying to get this to fold. I've watched videos, tried different methods, asked different fishing pages im apart of and found that this tent, 2nd hand or new have the same problems. Anyways figured I should make a video incase incase you find yourself in the same situation and thinking you have to buy a new one. PEACE

Ps. This is a 2-3 person tent but may work for 4-5 person as well.
