This is my first time owning Tetras or any fish since a little kid. Did I just witness “sexy-time” 😭It looks like some clear eggs dropped on the bottom of the tank but was that fertilization happening or simply mating or laying eggs idk?

Probably won’t have any babies unless you collect and raise those eggs yourself.
Most fish will eat newly hatched fry, embers are not an exception.
Good news is it’s pretty easy to raise fry and a fun learning project.
