So i got Umi 5 days ago, I had another betta for a year who died a few months ago, umi is currently in a fully cycled, fully planted 20 gallon that he just shared with some snails. (The other betta I had was in my 5 gal which is currently empty). I have an API freshwater master test kit and it has 0 nitrites, almost no nitrates, 0 ammonia, and a PH in range, i dont remember right now but around 6.6? He looks fine but I havent seen him eat yet? I've been feeding him 2x a day alternating pellets and fluval betta bug bites. And not once has he come up to the top to eat when i put the food in there. I don't know if hes eating while im not watching after the food sinks or what. Does anyone have any advice? Included a pic of Umi a few days ago (he looks the same) and the tank hes in right after i scaped it (its less cloudy now and the plants have grown lol)

Whoops forgot to explain that I know what fully cycled means, the tank is 3 weeks old, I added filter medium from my 5gal that ive had planted and cycled for a year and a half, added lots of quickstart and have been feeding the bacteria before i put the fish in there, made sure that there were 0 nitrites after i fed the tank and put ramshorn snails in there before i got the fish which are THRIVING. (I know they are invasive I just love how cute they are, so pink!!) The tank has also been thro multiple water changes, one a week since I got it (very dificult bc its up so high lol) It has both a filter and a heater, the tank is around 78°. The water changes I did were usually about 30%
