Got a new Betta a week and a half ago. Doing a in fish cycle. Changing water every week. Picture is taken in dark with flash. Im just curious if he looks healthy. He's also changing color. Thank you

Also he doesn’t always stay at surface. He just comes out alot when I’m around because he expect food. He likes to hang in his live plants
