Heading there for vacation the first week of August this year. I mainly fish saltwater and have limited experience in freshwater. Assuming I’ll be going for bass and maybe pickerel using the kayaks provided with the rental.
I’m sure the best answer is “try all spots/structure,” however, I’m traveling with small kids and my time will certainly be limited, so I’m looking for what to try first and the most efficient strategy.
Any help is appreciated and thank you in advance!

I would take my time working the elevation changes around B and A first, it’s a natural choke point so it’s pretty likely to have fish moving through it or hanging around where it begins to open up some.
In addition to the two spots you marked, don’t be afraid to focus more in the channel of that area. Crankbaits, shakeyheads, nekos, etc. The circle I marked is a saddle, they could stage up there as they feed on bait moving the channel.
