I found a random snail in my tank (I have no snails), should I remove it?

Honestly I wouldn’t bother. They make amazing clean up crews and their population only gets out of control if you’re overfeeding your tank. They’re not harmfull at all to your fish or plants! I was absolutely adamant about not having ANY “pest” snails in my tanks… and now I love ramshorn snails and have them in all 3 of my tanks.
Though of course you still can, it’s up to you. If you do leave if there though you’ll probably be seeing more 🙂

ramshorn are pretty cool. bladder snails, i eviscerate on the spot.
