i use them, i pre soak them & only feed 3 or 4 per feeding else i find my bettas bloat. ingredients are good

i have these and my betta seems to like them, i’ve heard others recommend them too as one of the best food formulas

Bug bites has a betta specific formula but if you want a really good food brand look into Finsect; can be found at walmart

ok so im not sure if these are good but in my experience no theyre not, if u look at the ingredients it had peas in it I believe and bettas are insectivores although the larvae is good for them these have peace in them i wouldn’t recommend this food
