Betta Fish: Zuko’s Tank Update

Zuko is now a grandfather. His shrimp, that he allows to live, had babies. The pearlweed is going bananas and looks kind of crazy right now, but I’m just letting it do its thing. Water wisteria is in the process of changing from emerged leaves to submerged leaves if you look at the top leaves you can see it. I started giving out water lettuce to friends who need some, and the ludwigia had some old leaves getting pinholes, but new leaves are flourishing. Letting them grow and started to get bare stem syndrome at the bottom, soon I will trim and replant. Long stems will stay until I feel it’s not necessary, but they are still healthy and feeding nutrients.
