Just wanted to share an old video of this SRD Flowerhorn that my friend raised. He put a lot of time into taking care of him, feeding him, maintaining the tank and watching him grow into a real beast.
Life eventually got busy for him. He got caught up with work and other responsibilities. Since he had no time to properly maintain the tank anymore, he ended up selling the fish.
I still think about this guy sometimes. He had so much personality and was honestly one of the most beautiful Flowerhorns he kept. Looking at the old video really makes me miss the hobby I once loved.
Maybe someday I’ll set up another tank again.
Anyone else here ever had to give up a fish or tank they were really attached to?
