I was out fishing at one of my usual spots before work yesterday, and despite the wind (20 mph) the bass were hitting good on black and blue. My excitement turned into curiosity by what was on this fish's face. I'm not sure what it is, but this bass appeared to be in good health. Has anyone else experienced this before?
