Slow pitch jigging?

Is this jig considered slow/fast/hybrid jigging? Ive used it successfully fast for doggies before. And used other jigs for slow pitch but mainly 500grams+. I never really give it a thought just go by instict usually on which one will flutter.

I never slow jig unless 500grams plus because of current and depth 200mtrs plus. But giving it a go next trip for shallower 100mtr-150mtr of water with supposedly less current. Still confused which category this jig falls into.
