I like to spool my reals at about 80% capacity. I feel like that is optimal for casting.

Looks like it lays nice and even. Spool is full, but not overfilled. Coils look slightly loose, meaning you might want to apply a bit more tension when winding on your line (I pinch the line between a damp paper towel or wet-wipe while reeling), but this will cast and fish totally fine.
