Im about to get into fishing for the first time ever. Im buying my equipment in piecemeal so it doesnt hit my wallet that hard; started with baits and hooks and such this month. Im aiming to catch European perch. Got this, was wondering if its a good choice for perch or if I made a mistake?
The weighted hooks are 4g, hooks #4. The baits are small, photo #2 shows them in my hand.
I also got a red monofilament line, 0.22 mm, and 30m long – photo #3 shows it.
Any feedback on my choices? If this isnt suitable for perch, what would it be suitable for?
