Idk head looks kinda triangular could be a planaria but probably some kind of detritus worm

How do you guys get these things? I’ve had tanks for 20 years and never once even had so much as a scud. I’ll just be happy with my skrimpies.

Looks like planaria, granted it truly does have a triangular head, it’s hard to tell from the video. I do see quite a few others in the background of the video, some bigger than others. I don’t believe these are detritus worms; far too big.
Since you have shrimp in your tank, planaria can become dangerous for them. They will go after your shrimp to eat them, similar to leeches. You can dose the entire tank with No Planaria, however if you have snails, I’ve heard that it often kills them
Omg I’m having a very similar issue except mine aren’t worms mine are tiny white things like little tiny white lines moving on the glass of my tank and across the surface and there’s some on my leafs of my plants and I don’t what the hell they are it’s kind of wiggin me out

Those are detritus worms, aka fish food. They feed on the left over food at the bottom of the tank.
My money is on planaria.
Don’t worry that one is already dead…😁 They are good for your tank. They eat rotten fish food…and your fish eat them…

They appear to be alive on my glass because they move out of the way of each other I don’t kno what the shit is
Sorry to take on to ur post but no one is helping me on my own
Since I added gobies…planaria wiped out lol.
By the way it moves, colour and shape I would say it is planaria!
And i am the person that corrected on a lot of posts when people were misidentifying other white flat worms .
Planaria. Bad.
