Tucker, named after the Tuckaseegee River in western North Carolina, floated many streams and kissed many fishes in his 12 years with me. He’s seen everything from tailing redfish in South Carolina, smallmouth in Ohio, tiger trout in Utah, brown trout in Montana, even the elusive bull trout in Oregon. I’d give anything to row him down a river one more time.
