I love seeing all the pictures of bettas when people got them then a little bit later. This is BubbleTron when we first got him and a month later.

This is so cool! What a beautiful baby first off, I had no idea they would get so beautiful out of cups but I guess it’s kinda common sense isn’t it!! When your somewhere that’s meant for you to thrive you thrive and when in a cup your. Well doing as good as a cup can get ya to. I just noticed today on Severus (I’ve had him about a week and a half now) that he’s starting to like fill in the spaces between his dangly fins (kind of sad I loved the look but I’m even happier now knowing it’s because he’s doing great!) with a silver color, which threw me for a loop as when I got him he was full black! Not a speck of silver I had no idea he had this shine in him!! Gonna have to let him sparkle like the Main Character he was meant to be before getting a 3 second death scene then Swiss cheesed by a snake😭
He started zooming so you can’t really see it too well, but all that shine in between his back fin was NOT there before!! Cannot wait to see how he turns out :)))
