Hey guys!

I'm an avid surf angler from Alaska. We have a very remarkable shore fishery up here where we can target pacific halibut from the beach and I'm pretty good at doing just that. I recently started a page where I break down the gear required for this fishery along with its nuances (full disclosure, I guide too). I thought that info might be interesting to you guys. Take a look and let me know what you think :). And ask me any questions you might have.

in southeast we can get monster halibut from numerous beaches. if you know where they are you can catch them, theyll eat just about anything. now your just advertising another guide service on the kenai peninsula. wouldnt call theoes chickens remarkable

also fyi many beginners dont know this but you should really keep just about any flatfish belly up after you catch it and bleed it or else you risk turning the white side bloodshot! especially with halibut
