7'1 dropshot rod. ML power fast action. I have had this rod for some time. The last time I fished with it I caught a bull red. crazy fight on light tackle. overall this is a nice rod to own. I need to put it in rotation again. Are there any Daiwa rod fans here?

I’m jealous! What does 711mlfs mean? I would expect it to say 701mlfs to indicate that it’s 7’1″. “711” reads as 7 foot 11. I’m just curious unless I’m missing something. Beautiful rod though, love my daiwas
