So I did 2 water changes last night 20-30% each but this morning it was not even moving like not even gills so I did water change again but not it's tilting while swimming, I wasn't able to catch it on camera, even when resting on sand it's kinda tilting towards left side. What should I do?

But the api masterkit test on amazon so you can get all of those parameters checked out. It is essential to keeping a betta. Can you answer the automod questions to the best of your ability. Put some Indian Almond leaves in the tank for some tannins, that’ll help your boy.
From looking at your previous posts and the information you gave, I’m going to assume that he has swim bladder. If you can get a close up photo of his swim bladder so we can see if it’s inflamed or not, that will be the best way to tell. He’s also a long finned betta and they require a lot of plants and a smaller tank (5-7 gal) because their fins can be too heavy on them and make it harder to swim.
What I would do for now is continue to fast and when you feed him, feed him frozen brine shrimp. Brine shrimp helps with swim bladder. Swim bladder is a symptom of another problem, which is why you need to answer the automod questions and get your parameters for your tank. Because the swim bladder could be caused by something like overfeeding or too cold of a tank, or something entirely different.
