Visited my local tackle shop this morning, they hooked me up with this, said to use the soft plastics as a trailer on the chatterbait. I’m excited to try this setup out, as i’ve never used a chatterbait before lol

I am not sure why they gave you those trailers. They are their own categories and behave differentlyin the water. I would suggest getting some EWG hooks and bullet weights for the softbaits and some trailers that are made for chatterbaits. I like to match the colour of the skirt with the trailer. A white or light green would be great.
