First time taking the new kayak out(my first one ).
Next up to add the trolling motor & fish finder. Anyone have a catch mode 110 with trolling motor or any good mod recommendations ?

I have this with a Newport 36lb thrust motor and a 100ah lithium batter. Itās fantastic. Make sure to check with your local laws about registering and all that to decide if itās worth it for you to get all that. Paddling this feels like youāre paddling a fridge, but itās doable.
Check out āfishing is therapyā on YouTube, heās done a lot of mods on his. Also thereās a pretty good size group on FB for catch 110 owners
I installed a handle near the back end so I could tie it down easily on my car for extra security. I also added an anchor trolley from yak attack that works great, along with an anchor cleat. I added some accessory tracks too. Thereās DIY seat risers online that you can find that you can make for super cheap if thatās something you think would be better.
