Most of the little critters running about looks like seed shrimps but the worm is most likely planaria if it has a arrow like head. It’s harmless to most adult fish but to shrimps, shrimplets and frys (baby fish) it might be bad if there is a population explosion. So be aware of it. You can easily get medication for these. But if it’s an adult only tank you should be fine. I hope this helps.
