A lot of people will probably crap on the castle but as long as you’re sure it’s tank safe, it should be fine! My pointer would be to add more large leaf plants that your betta can lay on like Anubias.
Also… do you have any more pics of your betta from different angles? I don’t think she’s fat because it’s not evenly distributed. I’ve seen some phat bettas lol this looks different. Also, have you seen her lay eggs?
