Yes, it is best to fast her for 2 days maybe 3 if you still notice bloating. She will be okay! My betta is greedy and also eats food that isn’t his lol.

Bettas are carnivorous and plant based food can cause (potentially fatal) bloat. Some bettas are such gluttons that they can’t cohabitate with other species because they will overeat the wrong type of foods. Definitely fast and try to figure out how to keep the betta from eating the non betta foods.

If you’ve got an aged tank you dont even need to feed the shrimp btw. They will happily scavenge whatever naturally occurs in the environment. If your tank is newish and they need food, then melt the tablet in a cup and spray it around the tank for them to scavenge for.
