Caught this on weekend – any tips on handling like this?
Managed to catch this fish. Still learning the right way to handle and manage bigger catches like this, so open to any tips or advice from the community

Well it’s not in the water anymore so I think you handled it fine.

Do you know what species this FISH is? If you can’t ID it and make sure it’s legal to take, you shouldn’t be keeping it.

That looks like some type of trout hybrid?
