To all the people saying albino: It’s a very specific genetic mutation that causes the loss of pigment. If this fish was albino, it would have no black whatsoever (not even the grey that exists on its back) and would have red or pink eyes. This is a largemouth bass that is just very pale, probably from spending most of its life near the surface.
That being said, they aren’t native to Portugal, so this was absolutely stocked or illegally transported and released.
