can anybody tell what’s wrong with my fish, she has a tiny hole in her top fin and then 2 slits on her bottom fin. It’s something I just noticed this morning, and her water parameters are good, so is the temp, but could it be from a sharp object in my tank or is it possibly something else??

She might have torn her fin. Do you have any plastic plants / sharp rock or smth else she could have got caught on?
Do you have a picture of what her whole tank looks like? Maybe she could have ripped it on something.
Does she have tankmates?
