His eyes are almost completely covered. I've been working with him to find his food by tapping on the same spot of his tank each time I feed him. He comes right over, but is missing his pellets when they drop. Has anyone dealt with a blind betta? I have a little suction cup feeding dish on the way, but I'm not sure how to get him to use it. Maybe siak in garlic guard?

Try feeding tweezers with rubber tips. He’ll be able to sense from the chemical tail in the water if you place it in front of him close.
With the ones I’ve had like this they did well with eating that way and maintaining a tight schedule and location for food and amount of food. They are very smart and pick it up quickly.
Something else I found helped was having a suction cup food spot, like a betta hammock leaf turned so the food stays on. This way it is high where he’s close to air, it won’t be moved with water flow, and he’ll be consistent with location
