Made it to opening day with my overextended kayak in my truck bed
Northern San Luis Obispo County, I ended up catching lingcod, Cabazon, Brown rock fish, and copper rock fish.

Great haul! Lingers and rockfish just opened up in my area today as they close em in the winter while they breed, can’t wait to get out and hammer em in the kayak.
