I’ve recently started trying to fish a lot more stillwater and hope to make a line purchase that would be more appropriate for my fishing. I currently have a 9ft 7wt Orvis recon with a SA floating line idr which one. It does alright but I’m finding with indicators and lots of wind something more in the single Spey category would be better as my second line? Currently I’m considering this line from Rio as I have a gift card for them. I think aside from Stillwater this would be really nice to have for salmon fishing in Michigan. Any thoughts or suggestions for other Rio line that might serve me well?
