Just got delivery of this rimless tank (100x40x40cm) and while inspecting it, I've noticed the silicone is kinda messy in one of the corners, just on the bottom panel. There seems to be some excess and there's a bit of gap on the corner as well. There are some marks on some of the silicone, maybe the excess was touched while it was fresh, like scrubbing it off? What do you guys think? Is it anything worth worrying about? Still seems solid but haven't observed this before. I'm gonna do a 24h leak test for now. There's still tape and film around it, it's not broken!

  1. Just return it. This is definitely a quality issue and a proper supplier should not ship a tank in this quality.

Its the overrun from the machine that builds the tanks. Its a bit messier than normal but nothing to worry about. If it bothers you it can be trimmed with a craft knife.
