So I have a fish in my fish pond but… it is not one of my fish. I have 3 large goldfish around 150mm long, however the guy is only 50mm long. I found him in the netting around my water pump. Could it be a baby from one of the goldfish? Not sure if I should release him to the pond or he might get bullied/eaten.

This certainly could be a lone surviving baby, but at 5cm, he’s probably too big to be eaten by 15cm goldfish. Have you pulled him out for a closer look? Young goldfish are usually brown or olive.
Survivor!!! There may be more your not seeing 🙃
Sometimes birds will eat and poop out fish eggs, some of which survive.

As long as he doesn’t fit in the parent’s mouths he should be fine. Have you ever noticed your fish chasing each other around the pond?
Baby goldfish are brown or similar color until they get older and start to show their colors
Scoop it in a clean container for a better look
If you put in some plants like water lettuce or water hyacinth etc you’ll have way more babies.
Help I have a bird in a bird cage
Goldfish (Carassius auratus): Wild populations often lose their bright color, appearing olive-bronze or silvery-brown, closely resembling Prussian carp.
