I got my first betta in January and noticing his fins look a little tattered on the edges. Water conditions are good, so I checked his old pics and I think it’s new growth?

Fishie looks improved from 1st to 2nd pic. Whatever you’re doing, just keep doing it

The second photo looks much better. Clear/white on the edges of find is normal growth, if its black/gray and gets really ragged/torn, that is fin rot.
