I go to cast and the line falls off does anyone know why this is thanks

Or maybe you pulled it off the spool it came on in the wrong direction.

Everyone always says over spooled…..but part of the problem is line memory or line twist …..its like an exstension cord thats been rolled up the right way vs one thats been mashed together….the one thats mashed together is gonne want to twist
If the new line has a line memory wanting to be unwound one way …and you unwind it 180 degrees from the memory and tighter than it was its gonna do this everytime
Easy way i fix it is i hook into my backpack and start walking…..then when i have about 50 yards out i pull the line fairly hard to work any kinks out….having a swivel on the end will straighten put any line twist also
