I work at a pet store and have seen many Bettas, but never one like this guy! He doesn't have any lips, so his face is very rounded, hes also very small. he sat there for almost 2 months Im assuming because nobody wanted him 🙁 So I had to set up a new tank and get him. Has anyone seen another betta like this? I tried to look it up but didnt see any quite like him.

Looks like a deformity. Lots of bettas in that place are overbred and inbred, with very poor genetics and overall health, so this is unfortunately not that surprising to see.
