I have some red root floaters in the tank. Haven’t added anything in weeks and suddenly there is a whole load of small green floaters. Is this the RR reproducing or have I somehow acquired duckweed? Posted by Adventurous-Lie4615
Neither-Math-7331 on April 5, 2026 11:40 pm RRF will reproduce by growing new leaves off of the mother plant and then eventually splitting off. the tiny green floaters you see are duckweed my guess is that they came with your RRF but were hiding under them until now. your RRF also seem to be struggling— do you have high flow?
