Aquariums: Tankmates for Spotted Blue Eyes?

I have 8 of these lovelies in my 16g tank and I'm trying to figure out a nice addition to go in with them.

I could just get like 6 more of them, they are super fun. but I'd kind of like a bit of another variety to make it more interesting.

Options I kind of have in mind:

Pseudomugil luminatus

CPDS

Sparkling gourami

Honestly anything neat, pretty and/or uncommon (also is okay in a smaller tank)
