I was cleaning out my storage and found my grandpas old rod, one of the segments doesn’t seat snug so I’m going to have to tissue paper the joint until I learn how to properly fix it.
It has been forever since I have gone fishing and am seriously out of the loop on what brands are good still (stopped fishing in the early 2000’s), so I’m looking for a good reel. I’m mainly going after crappie, bluegill, small mouth bass, and rainbow trout. What reel would you set this up with? I would prefer one that has a zip up case as this is going to be my hiking rod
