Kapstan Elite High Speed 3000 size had a line spool bearing in the shaft. Is the 5000 series supposed to have the same bearing?

3000 series is super smooth & fast continuous spinning when cranked & let go… 5000 series is tougher & won't continue spinning when cranked fast… and my 5000 doesn't have this extra bearing.
