I’m getting ready to buy the first senkos for myself and 2 adult sons. That’s why the 40-pack. Is this a good deal, variety or too many – low quality? Thanks in advance!

  1. Quality is probably fine but thats a lot of colors you may not ever use. Id just grab a few bags of green pumpkin, green pumpkin with red flakes, or blue/black. The only color I ever use besides green is blue/black when the water is super muddy water or the water is >25’ deep.

I pick up Yum dingers anytime they are on clearance at Walmart and I stockpile them. I buy them with the knowledge that they are not as effective as the real Senkos but they are good enough and they catch fish. I’d assume this falls in the same category.

They’ll probably work fine, personally I think those colors look terrible. YUM Dingers go on sale all the time for the same price or a little cheaper, they have colors that don’t look like arts and crafts glitter glue

  4. What’s the product name? It looks cut off.

In general, knockoff senkos still work great. I haven’t used this specific product myself, but having made my own, there isn’t much that is magically different about the name brand than a guy with a microwave and a mold can replicate.

As long as they sink weightless on a hook with a little wobble on the sink, they are good.
