Thats a leech. Or possibly a thing that looks just like a leech that we used to call “sand suckers”. The sand suckers are usually a sandy brown and black leopard pattern. They are kinda chill as they sift sand not suck blood.
But my first impression was that it’s a small leech
Edit: how would you even get a leech in your tank? Do you bring stuff in from lakes?

What are you doing with a leech in a tank that small? Leeches can grow up to a foot long, you need to get a bigger aquarium so it can live up to its potential, otherwise it’ll just be a depressed individual.
