I adopted a dying betta at one of the big pet stores, trying to save him. He’d been in the cup they sell them in for 5 months. He was floating upright and on his side and body curled some. I brought him home to a cycled, balanced tank, right temp and parameters. I’ve given him kanaplex and epson salt soaks. He hasn’t eaten in over a week. Nothing is working. I don’t want him suffering. Should I end treatment? He’s just floating at the surface, with a tiny part of his head sticking out. It’s breaking my heart. First pic is now, the other was when I brought him home. 😔 Thank you for any suggestions.

He needs a heater and it’d help to see his tank pls.
No advice (except maybe try the same food the store had him on if you haven’t already) because it sounds like you’ve done a lot. Nice of you to give him a chance. Sorry he hasn’t taken to it
