Got him a few weeks ago and I love this little guy. He seems healthy to me, he’s always hungry and loves his bloodworms. He seems to be a lazy boy though, he loves his float log and laying down at the water level. He doesn’t ever use his hides on the bottom though which bums me out. I’m setting up a bigger old tank I have to give him more room and finally get some live plants and more stuff for my boy.

He’s looking good. Just keep eyes in the water chemistry and he’ll be right. most bettas love the surface hides the most anyway.
Veil tails are easily some of the most beautiful specimens.
