In 4 days it’ll be a month since I got Beau. He definitely looks better but I always second guess myself as a betta fish owner newbie. I feel like his fins could be fuller, though it could be due it being light in color idk. But overall at a glance, does he look like he’s happy and thriving? And also is he glass surfing? Also I plan on getting more plants for more hiding spots.

He is gorgeous! Everything looks fine body-wise for a crowntail, and the “glass surfing” seems to moreso be excitement. As long as his parameters are stable, he seems to be a happy boy!!
