These two were both sold to me as German Blue Rams… I’m not entirely convinced either of them are.
The first one looks like a hybrid to me, the second one must be insanely low quality if it is a GBR.
Any help ID’ing would be greatly appreciated

My guess, and this only from being a biologist not a blue ram specialist is they are both German Blue Rams. The first could be an electric blu, they are just artificial genetic selection specimens, the second is the ordinary over bred, low genetic diversity prone to disease common to box pet stores ram.
