Betta Fish: I love having a female betta

I always thought it was a male betta or nothing (not sure where I got that bias). My daughter was adamant we get a female betta and we are just loving her. "Cinderella Queen" is so curious, active and brings so much life to our 20 gallon.

I have been loving getting into the fish hobby with my kid (also realizing how clueless I was when I had fish as a kid).
