My female betta wont stop trying to fight her reflection, it’s stressing her out and I’m not sure how to fix it, also any advice on the setup is welcomed, this is my first tank!!

No suggestions other than maybe adding more plants or even floaters to dim the light.
But also really just wanted to say that the picture of her flaring is probably the best picture I’ve seen of a female betta flaring. Awesome example of male betta’s beard vs female’s no beard flare! Would you mind if i save the pic and use it as an example if it ever comes up in discussions? The no/beard is a very good pointer when determining whether a betta is male or female, likely more reliable than fins and egg spots even these days given how saturated the market is with all kinds of not great fish!
reduce brightness + add floaters + brownify the water with cattapa leaves
If you’re up to it, get or make a plain white background, it doesn’t reflect like black does, and it helped my boy, now all you can see is his shadow versus his reflection 🙂
