Ive had my betta for 3 years and was told by the pet store that she (?) is female, but im noticing now that she looks much more like a male. Second photo is her at the pet store.

to tell if a betta is a female or male you can notice a spot on their chest/belly and itâs a white spot (also knows as an egg spot) if they have that it is female!
