Hello all!
I'm looking to develop a new style of bait bucket that can collapse to allow you to shrink it down to a much smaller size for transport and I'm looking for feedback. Anything you think wouldn't work about this design, or things you think may help improve the idea?
It will be made to work specifically with floating aerators like the one in the video so having an area to clip on for standard aerators won't be necessary.

I wouldn’t like it being top heavy. For piers? Sure, but many places where I fish it’s uneven ground, or out of a kayak that naturally rocks.
What exactly are you developing? The lid? Collapsible buckets and floating aerators already exist…
For what kind of bait? This seems huge compared to a minnow container from Walmart, etc.
Seems like it’d be inconveniently heavy when full and the handle doesnt look sturdy enough to last very long under all that weight
Go to a body of water and fill that up without falling in lol.
It’s a cool idea, but may leaning over rocks / uneven ground / shallow bank water is going to be tough.
Bottom needs to be the heavier part, not the top.
Plus, if I’m on a pier, can I lower that safely on a rope with hurting my hands?
