Betta Fish: Does my betta look okay? Do I feed him normally?

I got him him two days ago. When I first got home there was still some nitrites, I did a 80% water change and have retested 3 times and each time it read 0. Does he look okay? He swims around a ton. I got a baffle & floating hammock as well coming.

Also I fed him a couple pellets night one, this morning 2 daphnia and 2 fluval bug bites. Do I just do a few pellets every morning?
